During our conversation, I can answer any questions you may have about developmental milestones, community-based programs, or refer you to an additional specialist if needed. 

Our first visit will be a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation to assess your child's strengths and areas of need. Following the evaluation, you will be provided with a detailed report, outlining test scores, frequency recommendations, and individualized goals.  Initial evaluations typically are 60-90 minutes in duration to ensure adequate time for a comprehensive assessment and to allow for any questions you may have.  You will also be provided with ideas and exercises that you and your child can work on immediately to optimize results.

 Pricing: $300 for initial evaluation, including the evaluation, sharing of findings, Q&A, and comprehensive written report

After the evaluation, personalized therapy provided in your home or favorite community setting will be provided to improve your child's physical abilities and developmental milestones.  These are typically 1-2x/week, depending upon your child's needs.  We can determine a frequency that works with your schedule or budget, whether it is weekly or periodic milestone checks.  During these sessions, either you or another caregiver will be present to observe, ask questions, and practice the recommended activities.  Because your child's progress is dependent upon what they do on a daily basis, visits are typically 45-50 minutes of direct treatment time and 5-15 minutes of direct parent/caregiver education to allow us adequate time to problem solve, set up the child's environment, practice skills, and ensure that you’re confident with implementing the home program.

Pricing: $150 for each treatment session
